"This is my 1st time using State Farm after constantly hearing about the coverage. My insurance agent Maly was AMAZING! Like most people I hate all of the technical jargon, so to speak with someone who is straight forward, breaks down important details and doesn't make you feel like they're selling you something is more than worth a simple conversation. I was able to get a policy that is identical to my previous policy with some added benefits. Looks like we're off to a GREAT start. Update: I had State Farm for 3yrs after the policy ended in the middle of last year. To be honest, my review still stands, any issue I had they fixed it, if someone didn't know the answer, they would investigate and call me back with a solution. My claim was processed quickly after an accident, so they were still worth it."
